Shipping Policy

Every MOSFRAME piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your item ships. We take pride in careful craftsmanship — your patience ensures a product of the highest quality.

1. Shipping Rates

European Union (31 countries)

Free shipping on all orders, regardless of size.

North America (United States & Canada)

  • 50 × 70 cm pieces: $35 USD
  • 70 × 100 cm pieces: $55 USD

Rest of World

  • 50 × 70 cm pieces: $55 USD
  • 70 × 100 cm pieces: $75 USD

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.

2. Production Time

All MOSFRAME products are made to order. Once your order is confirmed, production typically takes 2–3 weeks. During peak periods (holidays, product launches), production may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there is any delay beyond the standard window.

3. Delivery Estimates

After production is complete and your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • European Union: 3–7 business days
  • North America: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

4. Packaging & Insurance

Because our products are handmade artworks and inherently fragile, we use specialised fragile-goods packaging designed to protect your piece during transit. This includes:

  • Custom-cut foam inserts and corner protectors
  • Double-walled corrugated cardboard boxes
  • "Fragile" and "This Side Up" labelling

Shipping insurance is included on every order at no additional cost. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for instructions on reporting damage and receiving a free replacement.

5. Customs & Duties

For international orders shipped outside the European Union, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received a tracking notification within 3 weeks of placing your order, please contact us at support@mosframe.com.
