Welcome to MOSFRAME. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at mosframe.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make through it. By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.

3. Products & Pricing

All products listed on the Site are made to order. Each piece is handcrafted individually upon receipt of your order, which means production typically takes 2–3 weeks before your item ships.

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Where an approximate price is shown in another currency, this conversion is provided for convenience only and may not reflect the exact amount charged by your bank or card issuer. The final charge will be processed in USD by our payment processor, Stripe.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Because every piece is made to order, please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your item ships. Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination. Full shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are detailed on our Shipping Policy page.

All shipments include shipping insurance at no additional cost. Items are packed using fragile-goods packaging to ensure safe transit.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet commenced. To request a cancellation, email support@mosframe.com with your order number.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, and design elements — is the property of MOSFRAME LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Product images on the Site are AI-generated artistic representations of the physical artworks. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations between the digital rendering and the finished handmade piece are inherent to the artisan production process and do not constitute a defect.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOSFRAME LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the purchase of any product. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
